How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Is shipping free?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Product Care

How should I clean my bottle?

Hand wash with warm soapy water after each use. For deep cleaning, use a bottle brush. Not dishwasher safe.

Why is my bottle leaking?

Make sure the lid is properly tightened and the seal is clean. If problems persist, contact us for a replacement.

How long will my drink stay hot/cold?

Our bottles keep drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours when properly sealed.

Warranty

What is covered under warranty?

Our products are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. This includes issues with insulation, seals, and structural integrity.

How do I make a warranty claim?
