Our policies regarding returns and refunds

Return and Refund Policy

At FancyItem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our return address (provided in the return authorization email)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products once the download link has been provided
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, for health and hygiene reasons
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Items on sale or clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 14 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
